Unit sizes range from as small as 6" up to giant cold-air ground and helium parade balloons. Our China factory manufactures P-O-P units handling orders from 500 to 1,000,000+ pieces. Whether you are looking to replicate your product or need a standard design, our production team can fulfill your order to your satisfaction in 10 to 30 days on most orders. Our in-house screen-printing department handles everything from basic spot graphics to multi-color and highly detailed 4-color process print. Every unit manufactured must pass our 24-hour inflation test before being released to the packaging department.

We offer standard packaging or detailed custom color packaging to meet all your promotion or display requirements. Our larger 8’ to 20’ sealed air units and our 8’ to 50’+ giant cold-air units along with our standard shaped helium units in 8’ to 50’ or our custom shaped helium parade balloons in 20’ to 95’ long/tall sizes are manufactured at our Taiwan factory. Quantity on these large units can be as little as one. Our design department can take your custom shaped product, idea, character or logo and create it into a tremendous, eye catching display. The creative art department uses superior airbrushed detail to match even the most intricate of art designs. Cold-air units can also be manufactured with digital computer graphics. Production time on larger units varies from 20 days to 8 weeks.
